We are seeking a freelance content strategist to add to our growing team. Our content strategists have a love for developing content strategies around the customer journey.
Some responsibilities include performing 360 degree deep-dive reviews into all faucets of a client’s business activities, markets and audience types; defining customer personas and journeys; identifying content gabs and needs; developing content strategies based on client’s business strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience as a content strategist with a focus on content as it pertains to the customer experience. A solid tactical knowledge of all aspects of marketing with roots in the business-writing world will be helpful. Developing key messaging maps for client’s key audience and market segments.
